Luxury two-bedroomed house close to the city centre.
This modern house, near the city walls, has been stylishly refurbished. It has full gas central heating. There is allocated parking for one car. It is essential that the permit is on display while the car is parked. Near to the Novotel and many eating places.
 
The suite of rooms consists of:
Sitting room Laminated floor and rugs, pebble electric wall fire, sofa and chairs, television and DVD. Stair case to first floor and landing.
Dining Kitchen New kitchen with white glossy units, washing machine, dishwasher, four ring electric oven, microwave. Glass dining table and four chairs, back door to outside. Central heating boiler.
Outside Space Table and chairs, greenery and pots
Bathroom New white three piece bathroom suite, shower over bath, heated chrome towel rail, ceramic floor.
Bedroom One King size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables.

5% discount on the second week for booking two consecutive weeks.

Departure day is Saturday

The apartment will be available any time after 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

May we ask guests to leave by 10 a.m. on the departure day, so that the apartment can be thoroughly cleaned for the next guests

Please pay a £100.00 deposit per week booked when booking the apartment (cheques payable to Kevin Miller). The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday begins, on receipt of which we will send details about location and key.

General Conditions of Hire

Booking your holiday

Please pay a non refundable deposit of £100 per week booked. The balance payment is due six weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking within six weeks of your holiday, please pay the full amount. Reservations will be held for one week pending payment of the deposit. Should you have to cancel your holiday we will do our best to transfer you to another date.

The period of hire shall be from 3pm on the day of arrival (first day of your booking) until 10am on the day of departure (final day of your booking) unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation.

In no circumstances may the number of people occupying the property exceed the maximum number stated in the property description unless agreed in advance in writing.

In no circumstances may the house be sublet

Insurance to protect your holiday

`Having to cancel a holiday unexpectedly, due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances is extremely disappointing, but losing the payment already made for the holiday is an additional blow. We advise strongly that holidaymakers take out insurance to protect their holiday.

Cleaning and changeover

The property is cleaned thoroughly between lets, but visitors are expected to leave the house in a clean and tidy state. The caretaker only has a few hours to do everything, and if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to charge any additional labour charges necessary to get the property ready in time for the next holidaymaker.

The use of accommodation and amenities are entirely at the visitor's own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury or loss or damage to the visitor's belongings. No responsibility can be accepted for loss of damage to any car or its contents.

Access Statement

14 Fewster Way is a modern terraced house at Fishergate, near to the city centre. It was completely refurbished in July 2007, with new kitchen, new bathroom, floor finishes, gas central heating, carpets and beds etc.

Front access has a wide threshold step and a then further step into the sitting room, which is spacious.

Back access into the kitchen is from the patio/yard via a gate from the allocated parking space. There are two steps up to the back door, which would present difficulties for a wheel chair.

The staircase is a straight flight with winders at the head on to the first floor landing, giving access to two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The shower is over the bath. There are two hand grips on the bath and one wall mounted next to the shower. We supply a non slip mat.

Guests with limited disability have enjoyed staying in the house, but assistance from an able bodied person might be required.
